A fresh approach to fact-finding and negotiating

It can be difficult to find the truth behind someone's actions. It can become confrontational when trying to resolve a problem created by their actions. A third party trained in dispute resolution can help voice each side's position and assist both sides in fixing a problem by relying on facts of the situation. This strategy is often more efficient and much cheaper than the costs and time involved in litigation.
